Jaqen saying that "now a girl is finally no one," that was bullshit, it was clearly bullshit, and both Jaqen and Arya knew it. Nothing about what transpired would lead anyone to that conclusion. The Waif was never "no one," and neither was Jaqen. His smirk when she finally told him that she is Arya of Winterfell, and she is going home---that was acquiescence, not approval.
