Human rights for mother nature?

Finaly people have some idea on how to treat our planet. Hopefully the Earth does get some rights so we can stop destroying it.

Human rights are the basic rights and freedoms to which all *humans* are entitled to; planets and personifications of nature don't qualify, there are laws instead that are in place to protect our environment.

I don't think the earth can repair it's self fast enough, possibly with billions of year's a monkey's level of intelligence will appear but it will appear too late. Because in a couple billion years our sun will super nova, not to mention every year that goe's by our planet get's closer to the sun, so it will be far warmer possibly even venus warm, if not absorbed into a red giant or blown away by super nova.

No. The sun will not go supernova. Five minutes of research into stellar evolution will do you the world of good JohnDG.

The star we orbit infact will not supernova (too small, i think?). However, it will still burn all the life here away by the end
