Incorrect. In my post I pointed out that you had not cited the Bible versions which render the Roman verse as "expecting me to act like a lifeless piece of clay."
And BTW it's not Romans 9:5, it's 9:20.
That verse, Romans 9:20, in my op is the verse which uses the words clay and potter in some translations and I did say it was in some translations. Here Paul is alluding to Isaiah 45:9.
Isaiah 45:9 New American Standard Wrote:"Woe to the one who quarrels with his Maker-- An earthenware vessel among the vessels of earth! Will the clay say to the potter, 'What are you doing?' Or the thing you are making say, 'He has no hands '?
I did include the chapter and verse in Romans so why do you say I did not? You pretend to see a god who isn't there and pretend not to see verses that are there. You're batty.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.
