Why do Christians believe in the Resurrection of Jesus but not alien abductions?

Yep Stimbo nailed it. Many believers do believe in "alien abduction" however its most likely demonic activity. Its recorded all throughout history. Look at how many ancient cultures recorded it in everything from cave paintings to temple art.  From North and South America to Egypt and throughout Asia, all claimed to have direct contact with "sky people" or "gods"  and these "gods" all seemed to have a weird preoccupation with serpents.  The book of Enoch explains it in great detail and its also mentioned in Genesis. Some Christians think these are from another dimension, rather than from a distant galaxy somewhere.  The scientists that discovered the higgs boson particle believe they have discovered new dimensions as well. These thoughts and opinions are not widely held by the majority of Christians. I speak for myself and a growing number of us.
