A few years ago I found out that both of my coworkers made $0.25 an hour more than I did. I was infuriated because I had worked there longer than either of them. Turns out the other female got more because she was part time and part time got more since they worked less. The guy got hired after they had upped hiring pay (and neglected to up those already employed) so it made sense but I didn't know any of that at the time and threw a hissy fit. All I got out of it was they both ended up getting fired and now I'm the top tier for my position. I wonder if there is more to this story but it could just be unfair playing.
