Well, it'll be survivable in a run against Trump, but had the 'pubs nominated an actual viable candidate, we'd be looking at an 8 year shitstorm thanks to Hillary's arrogance.
She was negligent, just not criminally so. This isn't hard to understand.
The type of negligence that wouldn't be tolerated in the private sector. She'd be fired from her job. Her incompetence is even the more reason not put her in the White House.
