Not really sure how one could read my post and get that interpretation from it. I never even alluded to some weird "deal" that society has.
My problem with most feminists, or at least most of the vocal feminists is their use of the "privilege" argument. They'll go on and on about "checking your privilege" if you are a straight, white, man, but they seem perfectly happy to ignore their own privilege. It's a statistical fact that men get harsher sentences than women, but that's an aspect of sexism which feminists don't like to talk about. Feminists claim to want equality for women, but most of the time they are only focusing on the kind of equality that gives women an advantage in society.
This is why I prefer being an egalitarian. I don't give a shit what gender, sex, color, race, sexual orientation, etc. you are. I think everyone should be treated equally under the law, and in society in general.
