Actually, and I hate to be the devil's advocate, one of the people Donald has mooted for the Supreme Court is Andrew Napolitano - who is registered as a Libertarian. There is no guarantee Donald will pick the sort of guy house Republicans want. Andrew is a Libertarian which means socially liberal but fiscaly conservative.
Libertarian choice for SCOTUS doesn't seem so bad to me. I'm subscribed to Ron Paul on YouTube (even though I'm not a Libertarian myself) and I find myself agreeing with his positions more than 50% of the time. I vote Green Party in my country in case you're wondering.
