Yeah "great" plan: earn millions of dollars, adopt terminally ill kids and hire doctors and nurses to take care of them 24/7 while at the same time rail against stem cell research and science - the thing that can actually help millions terminally ill children across the world and not just temporally relieve their pain (probably not even that) in the luxury that only two kids of of few million have can make sense only to asshole christians like you.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
