Exactly what it says.  Yes, it's still a white privilege to expect to avoid jail.  I can expect the jury to see me more favorably.

But as a white person you're more likely to be in prison than Asian.  They have higher income, lower crime rate, less Asians in prison.  Even taking into account population size.

There is also a lower incarceration rate among left-handed, red-haired zombies than there is among the non-zombie population. But that's not really the topic, is it?
