Anyway, it is off-topic and I did say that I am no longer going to post here since all arguments from both sides have been done to death.

Sorry, just to iterate, we may have that power but we won't ever use it unless rules are infringed. Being disagreeable or having a different POV certainly isn't against the rules, so rest assured being in a heated argument won't land you in ban-ville.
