I doubt reading the entire TPP is a good idea, especially if you don't have a background in economics. A lot of it is going to be written in language that most laypersons won't understand.
I would advise reading some of the "TPP explained" threads that crop up. The EFF did an AMA on reddit a few months ago where they have a go. They also have a page on their site which goes over how TPP might affect your digital rights: https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2015/12/ho...tal-rights
