I know nothing about BLM but the bolded part demonstrates to me that they're a positive and progressive movement. They're against all forms of bigotry, not just racism. This isn't the black equivalent of "white power!" or any shit like that.
Being anti-transphobia is always a sign of a particularly progressive movement IMO... nowadays there are many people who aren't homophobic but are still prejudiced against trans.
