I know nothing about BLM but the bolded part demonstrates to me that they're a positive and progressive movement. They're against all forms of bigotry, not just racism. This isn't the black equivalent of "white power!" or any shit like that.
Being anti-transphobia is always a sign of a particularly progressive movement IMO... nowadays there are many people who aren't homophobic but are still prejudiced against trans.
But to what 'state-sanctioned racialised sexism, Islamophobia, classism, ableism, homophobia and transphobia' are they referring? I am not aware of any state-sanctioned instances of the above in the UK against any race, let alone any targeted against black people in particular.
