You're partially correct, I do have some preconceived notions about these people based on their actions and appearance.
But it's incorrect to say I know nothing about them.
I know they are young, that they do have nice clothes and nicely done hair. I know they don't have to be in work or looking after children or anything more important than lying on a motorway today.
