What you have to realise is that many of the black population always go on about what the white population did to the African continent many centuries ago, and this is true, there is no point in disputing. However, I don't like the idea that is portrayed by BLM that if you are white, you are racist. As for prioritising, do you really think the African community in the USA give two hoots about what is happening to the people in Africa? Not one single thought. Let me tell you one thing and it winds me up the most, is the fact that Bob Geldof was the first musician to go to Ethiopia in the very early 1980s and he wanted to do something about it. Then of course, "We are the world', was released later. This is a shame that it took a white man to show the plight of starving Africans, whilst the others were too interested in their own lives.
