Be yourself, and treat the women in your life with respect. Viewing romantic interactions through the lens of biology and genetic inheritance is not only terribly limiting, I don't know any woman who is fine with being viewed as a reproductive vessel and nothing more. It's no surprise that you're having a bit of trouble there.

But F&F is right -- if you're having suicidal thoughts, you should probably worry about that first.
