It's biological to a significant extent too, you can repress your sex drive that way at best.

You never really lose it, but you can simply suppress it if you like. It's the easiest thing in the world once you figure out that you can do it. And sometimes in life, this is a really useful thing, too.

You can ignore romantic feelings as well. People don't really know this stuff about themselves because I guess they don't want to, to a certain extent.

Yes you can repress your sex drive but you still have a sex drive it's just repressed. Repression is also mentally unhealthy.
