I never heard anything like that in Manchester, and the Mancunians are pretty warm-hearted and convivial. Same with Portsmouth, very few "brown", people there but again, I have never heard anything like that and I have seen Portuguese, Spanish and even Italian or people from the south of France and no, the worst you are going to hear is "frog", which is not racist in any way, shape or form.
