You asked me for concerning the above, and as I had stated, I was answering still under the assumption (from the comments enclosed in parenthesis in your questions) that testimony was still de facto insufficient evidence in consideration. The question was different in you asked what I thought was reasonable.
As to your questions here, that is a pretty broad spectrum, to be making generalizations about. I would say that it is better to work from solid principles, and then apply them to the specifics, not the other way around.
