An interesting conversation if it were not rife with non sequiturs from that self-righteous twat of a home owner. He's walking talking proof that you don't have to be a good landlord to be remembered by your tenants.

And it was simply beautiful how he accepts the supernatural claims for god's existence uncritically without any moderate scrutiny only to fall into his own hypocrisy when asking evidence from his own god if it means rent doesn't have to be paid. Even he appreciates somewhere in that warped mindset that you need overwhelming evidence before accepting any proposition having a detrimental effect to your wealth and health.

If he's the Bible-thumper you say he is, then please do yourself a favor and get out of there.
