And yet I have been an out of control crazy person plenty often enough to get me suspended and even expelled pending an investigation into my psyche to be reintroduced

Or I suppose that is what one gets for having the control to stop before one actually hurts someone

Or yourself, you would know not to exert yourself so much that you tear your muscles ligaments and tendons, a truly out of control person would have no such reservation.
