Atheist blogger charged for "inciting hatred" for playing pokemon go in church

On Saturday, Russian officials announced that atheist vlogger Ruslan Sokolovsky has been detained for two months for “inciting hatred” and “insulting religious feelings” after posting a video of himself playing Pokémon Go inside a historic cathedral. He reportedly faces up to five years in jail if convicted.

Though personally I don't like pokemon go, but still I fail to see how it can "incite hatred" (unless you are catching a super ultra rare pokemon).
I guess, there's a biblical passage somewhere, which if interpreted "correctly" decrees mobile gaming as blasphemous?

Change the words Announced Atheist to Announced Christian, and the word Cathedral to Mosque or Buddhist Temple.. Better? can you feel the hate now?
