You are no longer able to control yourself.
Once you try to turn the wheel around and take control of the situation you feel like you are facing a terrible struggle.
The body and mind make you feel like you are doing the wrong things when in effect is the opposite.
Obviously they need more and more drugs not less.
This is how the system works yog.
This struggle make you feel frustrated and it is easy to think that this is a negative result of the effort that you are making but it is just the opposite.
Every psychologist that is involved in helping addicted people know this.
Shapiro never knew this simple conclusion.
By believing Shapiro you too fall in the trap.
Yoga effort is similar to getting rid of drugs.
The drugs that yoga deal are materialism and all other isms except universalism but considering that you still can not grasp the meanings of the above sentences then is just a waste of time to continue explaining
you other topics.
And once again, no evidence. I'm going to start calling you "no evidence" Rik.
Let us put the issue in the hands of those who help drug addicted and see who is right and who is wrong.
Are ready to have your shiny ass kicked up?
