As a pansexual, I can be attracted to transexual people, cis women and cis men. Many bisexual people can, too. While some bi people can also identify as pan, not all do.
I like cis men. Cis women. Transexuals. Genderfluids. Genderqueer. Agender.
IMO bisexual typically means a person who is attracted to both men and women. Whereas pansexuals typically do no consider gender when choosing a partner. In practice it's not really a big difference if at all different.
