That's one of the last places I'd have thought to actually take the plunge.

When I attended college in the Pittsburgh PA area we use to drive to Youngstown so we could go to the clubs and drink 3.2 beer, which was all that was allowed if you were at least 18 , but under 21. We couldn't even do that in Pittsburgh. It was sorta thriving back then, but declined when the steel and other manufacturing industries died.
Not only is it stupid to be!ieve In intelligent design , it is silly to drive anywhere for 3.2 beer.
