I lived in the North Hills of greater Pgh. from 00-09, and have family in greater Cleveland. Had to pass through Youngstown to get there. The city proper is a very chewed up place, but it seemed like there were some rather nice towns around it. Even the edge of YSU seemed OK, but who knows what that school specializes in.
Eastern OH (including NEO) seems like a place with a lot of creatards, but a lot of others that balance them out. Good for Youngstown for setting this precedent. Not sure how other towns like Canfield, Struthers and Boardman (and whatever their school districts are called) are.
