You'll need murder rates -by gun-.  You'll need -shootings- by country.  Just trying to help those interested in fact checking get their metrics for comparison straight.

There's a page breaking down gun deaths by country and year. I posted it quite often when that question came up. I still have them in my bookmarks somewhere. But right now I can only say it exists, since I haven't got the time to find it.
