My sister-in-law and her husband are back in Charleston - curiously they evacuated to Raleigh, NC which turned out to be a bad move. Some of the heaviest rain they had ever seen!

Anyway, they live on John's Island just outside of Charleston and while the water did come up over their lawn the house was undamaged. Power is back on. Some low-lying roads are still flooded.
