Where? Certainly not here. Our minimum wage in:
1980 - $3.10.
1990 - $3.80.
2000 - $5.15.
2010- $7.25.
Adjusted for inflation, our minimum wage peaked in 1968. From 1980 to 2007, it was declining. The last three years of last decade it rose back up to be worth what it is today. Which is also when we rose it in three steps -to- what it is today, by federal law. Assholes kicking and screaming the whole way. Same arguments then, as now, as always.
