I'm no longer staff, and haven't been for a long time, but if someone is just saying someone's name repeatedly in a thread with no other content, it sounds like disruptive behavior. That doesn't mean she or he is a troll, but it's trolly.

As I said. I view it as child stomping feet behavior to get some attention. Provoke a reaction, preferably a negative one. The repetition makes it all the more ridiculous.
