I could only stand about 53 seconds of that gal's voice, though, it grated on my goddamned nerves. (I cheated and skipped ahead to see if he would actually set her walking as he should have).
I find pretty reliably that stuck up, whiny bitches of both sexes speak with a lazy nasal voice and a valley girl "uptalk" that makes me want to claw my ears off.
I find that generally, people who are authentic speak from the chest.
