I do believe you are right in what they believed. I mentioned I think they felt they had it handled and clearly they misjudged their effectiveness in the situation. I also think they were worried about their reputations (self centered) if this got out. That only made things worse in most peoples minds and right fully so. They made wrong choices and as I mentioned before these will have life altering effects on all those involved. I know from experience.
Yes yes you have experience, we heard. I do as well. See that's the thing about being on an atheist forum a good number of atheist become atheist after traumatic events in their lives. You will find a good number of people on here with abuse experience.
But I get that you are saying what they did was wrong, I was upset over you seemingly calling it just a mistake and dismissing it.
I get that. I was not trying to dismiss it. They made severe errors in judgment.
We are not made happy by what we acquire but by what we appreciate.
