According to the article, the "behavioral specialist" worked for a company that specializes in providing "holistic behavioral" solutions for troubled teens in such alternative schools. Apparently, battery and failure to provide medical care (or even to notify the parents of the incident and the student's injuries) after the attack is included in holistic help.

I hope everyone involved gets fucking reamed in court. The poor kid.
