Not at all. They're only food ghosts.
I can't speak from personal experience bc I have never farted in my life, but I have heard that the farts you have from different foods "feel" different. Like, if you eat Mexican food, you have Mexican farts. If you eat Chinese, you have Chinese farts... etc etc. It's like your other end can "taste" the food ghost, kind of like how your burps sometimes taste like the last thing you ate.
