by which beings would reason within this universe, and for the sake of convenience, let's call it "goblygoop". Let's also give goblygoop a new entry: according to goblygoop, 2 + 2 = 5 is actually true.

That doesn't mean anything and can't even be hypothesized.

Now, the question is, "is goblygoop logical?".

You have failed to hypothesize goblygoop in the first place so your question itself makes no sense.
