As far as the rest of your questions.. I belive you're just asking, in a very pedantic way, when do we get our soul.
There are several schools of thought. Some would say upon inception (read gamete fusion). Others upon first spark of electrical activity in the formed brain. Still others when there is identifiable consciousness. A much smaller school sa's it's upon the age of reason (around 7). I'm of the mind of the first group.
