Hopefully not, right? Trump is first and foremost a negotiator. He has also shown throughout his campaign that he doesn't hold grudges (e.g. Cruz). Congressional Republican support is tepid at best so Trump will need minority Democrat support to get anything done. It is at least possible that he could broker bi-partisan deals that otherwise would not have been possible.
