People generally get angry in attempt to gain control or when they feel they are not in control, or they choose anger instead of feeling a deeper emotion, like grief!

And what is your source for this little nugget of knowledge? Because generally, I get angry when somebody does or says something stupid - it usually has nothing to do with not being in control. More importantly, what the fuck is your point?????? Don't get angry? Don't lose control? Be sad not angry? Being angry means you're outta control?

Do people in real life slap you a lot?

Now I'm going to be blunt!
Any time somebody justifies anger and projects it at someone else it is actually just self-punishment! And you don't even know. Reality?
You too have a emotional instability by your very own confession! And you even think it is "normal", mentally delusional, furthermore it is based on speculation, irrational! And don't even understand what I’m saying, uneducated.
Why would you get angry at someone that you assume is saying something "stupid"?
If you say because it is just stupid, than actually in reality, that is stupid!

I'm saying something that is not aligned with your beliefs, actually poles apart! (maybe we could agree on that)
Even if what I was saying is "stupid" why the justification of anger?
Is it because somebody doesn't agree with your beliefs? Why would that make you angry? Control maybe?
My beliefs are my beliefs every single soul is an individual, with individual thoughts! I see a beauty in that, not hate!
Your Soul has passed just angry; you actually want to harm me, now we are getting into "evil" emotions!
These sorts of emotions are what start war, one nation trying, wanting control over the other!
Personally I feel what you are saying is uneducated “stupid” so should we just get into a big fight and through insults back and forth, in your reality, yes! But what is that going to prove in the end. We will just get angrier and so the cycle of anger goes on!
What a life is that, do you enjoy that? Do you get satisfaction insulting people, if so that would be sadistic!
