Not from the UK and not a monarchist - I think Republic is a superior form of government but a constitutional monarchy is OK as long as the rulers don't have any effective political power. As far as I'm concerned, in the UK they say that the queen reigns but does not rule.
As long as the royal family doesn't have any political power and they basically exist as puppets that represent the State I'm ok with that, unfortunately the only viable way to replace a monarchy with a republic is with a revolution. Mainstream politicians simply aren't up for a referendum to change society's fundamental form of government.
