If there's a God, it's welcome to inform me in a way that compels my belief. If it's real, I want to know. The right words from a particular person would do it, I set the bar low deliberately. If an omnipotent being wants me to believe in it, it would be trivial to effect my belief. If there is such a being, it clearly doesn't care whether I believe in it enough to take an effortless action (because omnipotence) to secure my belief. If there's a God that doesn't care whether I believe in it, why should I care if it's real?
