No one's accusing -you- of racism, CL. So stop. People are, however, pointing out that the propositions being floated are as racist as they can get without spontaneously setting fire to a cross.
There -is- a process for getting in. That process is -why- people are crossing illegally, and not on a whim...if you'll recall you were admiring their bravery not but a few pages back. It takes big steely ones to risk what they risk, just so they can eat the scraps that fall from the american table, knowing full well how they'll be treated when they get here...and increasingly realizing how little "sympathy" that folks will have for them in -all- of it.
