I believe in social justice but that doesn't mean you have to respect everyone all the time on every choice. The choice of name is exceptionally unreasonable and arduous. I do agree there are other cases of bad names. When the name sounds/looks like it is from a campy fantasy novel or movie you do lose some credibilty. When half of everything you say is nonsensical the whole picture does start to come in to play.
I social justice does and social equality are not exactly the same thing.
