It doesn;t, actually. It opens alot of holes to express ones -desire- to wriggle, because it;'s a very expressive hybrid language, but that wiggling is no more or less transparent in english than it would be in german - the largest single line contributor to modern american english, btw. It's going to be eclipsed by spanish (gutter spanish, too, not castillian spanish), soon, but still, you've got it for now, enjoy it while you can.
