I made hot and sour soup today, using this recipe from Smitten Kitchen. I made 2 changes:
- Because I was using fresh shiitake mushrooms, I sautéed them with the scallions, garlic, ginger and pork rather than throwing them in near the end.
- Used miniature deep-fried tofu cubes rather than raw tofu. (If I can only find larger cubes of fried tofu I cut them into smaller pieces.)
