We know that brain damage can make changes to a person's moral behaviour. This is technically testable, reproducible, observable and falsifiable. There have been examples of this happening, a few of which I have posted.

We can observe common features in brains of people with abnormal morality

A Neural Basis for Sociopathy
Neurological basis for lack of empathy in psychopaths


We know that the brain has evolved.

How has the human brain evolved over the years?
