Right, because the men in Vatican at some point gracefully allowed you to consider yourself human? Of course - the fact that you have a vagina still stops you from having any actual authority within the church, but why would you want to worry your pretty little head with such things?
Sure, as a catholic, you can consider yourself above and beyond the bible - which is the ONLY source of christian doctrine - but if you think that makes your beliefs look any less ridiculous... you're probably right, because the bible is horsesh*t. Still - your knowledge of god and your place in society is based solely on what some pedophiles in dresses made up out of whole cloth over the millennia, in order to further their struggle for political power.
Alright, son.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
