I mean, isn't rape defined as:

"Penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim."

I don't mean to lessen the crime that's been committed here, but it's not rape by that definition, because there was no penetration by a sex organ.
