I agree with paulpablo, this is going crazy directions. It's not rape, nothing like rape, but it is sexual assault and worthy to have police involved. Just letting the school take care of it is a joke. Schools are there for education not handling sexual assault. Leave that to the police. These boys need to know what they did was not a funny joke nor was it boys being boys and has serious consequences.

I don't think it was sexual assault just to clarify. 

I mean I think it could be but it's unlikely.  

This is just my opinion but basically I think it's unlikely they were doing this for sexual reasons and it is basically just food tampering but the food tampering is more serious because of the sexual fluid element involved.

If these boys had done this before, filmed it, had obvious intentions of some kind of sexual nature then I'd say you'd be getting into the realms of a sexual crime.

I think this crime could be in theory a crime that crosses over into a sex crime but looking at it practically it's just some guys who tampered with food but because they used spunk that makes it a whole lot more serious and disturbing for the woman involved but still isn't in the same league as groping a woman, penetration or something like that.

I'm no legal expert but as a knee jerk judgement I'd say they don't deserve prison or jail unless they'd done things like this before or it became apparent there was some definite sexual motivation for it or they just showed no remorse at all.  Fines and a criminal record seems about right to me.

I don't know if I'm explaining myself properly here but, I doubt the boys wanted to commit a serious crime.  But it is serious.  But if you impose a sexual assault crime on them and they go to jail or whatever it's kind of a needless punishment that's more likely to turn them into more hardcore criminals when they have a severe criminal record of sexual assault and they're exposed to other real criminals.
On the other hand punishment should be somewhat severe because looking at it from the perspective of the woman it basically is a sex crime, she swallowed spunk of these guys, it's public humiliation and could even possibly have physical consequences if STDs are involved.
