Ingesting semen, like it or not, is a sex act. Forcing or tricking someone into performing a sex act can be argued as a form of sexual assault.

Only in America when it comes to western countries. America's legal system is archaic and purely punitive in nature. That's not the case in Western Europe. I would have gone to jail and probably would be on the sex offenders list if I had spent my teen years in the USA. For more than one reason, such as smoking dope or taking a piss in public or just being a disgusting pig serving someone adulterated food containing bodily fluids. Not a single one of the above incidences had any sexual connotation. But in the USA some of them would.
